RETURN POLICY
If you purchased your product directly from our Company, we offer a 30-day return policy through our money-back guarantee. Returns cannot be made without a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Prior to returning, please call or text us at 888.998.6001 to speak with an experienced customer support representative, and our support representatives will issue a unique RMA number and provide instructions on how to return the product.

Refunds do not include return shipping fees, expedited shipping charges, and/or international shipping charges.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
